FBM PROJECTS: MARKETING PLANS

The high level marketing plans featured below, have been curated for specific brands based on Fashion Business Management courses such as Design for Client, Trend Forecasting and Product Development and the third-year FIELD Capstone Project. 

The purpose of these marketing plans is to essentially develop a capsule collection through researching and analyzing  the European, United Kingdom and North American fashion market to support and justify the basis of each marketing proposal. Each plan features an in depth strategy, measurement and tactics for the 4 P's of marketing from product, price, promotion and place. As well as target market analysis as defined through geographic, demographic and psychographic segmentation. Moreover, a competitive analysis in regard to the proposed brand expressed as positioning maps, PESTLEE and SWOT Analysis'. Additionally, each plan also includes sales objectives, buying models, allocation, budgeting, sourcing, digital marketing and commerce strategies for the respective brands, their target customer and time era.
